Twenty-five clubs across Queensland are now able to get stuck into programs and initiatives that will help build participation thanks to the generous support of Heritage Bank.
As part of the Bank’s Community Tennis Grants Program, clubs were able to apply for a share in $25,000 in funding for projects that support participation, inclusion and sustainability.
Successful applications this year include financial assistance for club rebranding, infrastructure upgrades, social programs and coaching courses.
“Heritage Bank takes great pride in actively supporting and developing local communities,” said Heritage Bank CEO Peter Lock.
“We are very excited to continue supporting grassroots tennis clubs right around Queensland by funding a program that helps them improve and upgrade the facilities that they need most,” he added.
