The Get Going Club Program (up to $7,500) and the Get Playing Places and Spaces Program (up to $100,000 for facility development) open on Friday 1 July.  These grants provide clubs support in providing participation opportunities as well as allowing Queenslanders to be more involved in the sport by providing funding to new or upgraded facilities. Additionally, the Get Started voucher program ($150 voucher) opens on the 13 July 2016. This program provides opportunities to children and young people who can least afford or may benefit from joining a sport or recreation club.
