Queensland Green Ball State Finals

Introducing the Queensland Green Ball State Finals, an exciting opportunity for Queensland’s top 16 boys and top 16 girls who have showcased their skills in the Queensland Premier and Signature Green Ball Tournaments.

2025 Event Details

Queensland participants, born in 2015 or later, who have participated in these tournaments and finish in the top 16 will earn the chance to compete in the Green Ball State Finals held in December.

Throughout the year, each tournament will contribute points to a leaderboard, with the top 16 players with the highest accumulated points securing their spots and qualifying for the Green Ball Queensland State Finals.

Green Ball Nationals

New for 2025, the Green Ball Nationals will see the top 10U players from around Australia battle it out in at the Finals.

The event has been established to provide a clear pathway for coloured ball juniors to aspire to.

The Queensland Green Ball Leaderboard will identify 3 entries into the National with the winner from the Rod Laver Championships gaining a Wild Card into the tournament.

There will be direct acceptance for the top 8 players 10U on Yellow Ball UTR rating from across Australia.

Tennis Australia will release more information on the Green Ball Nationals early in 2025.

• 1 the winner of the Rod Laver Junior Championships Green Ball event
