Tennis SA is pleased to announce the appointment of Dylan Hicks to the position of Competitions and Programs Assistant on a traineeship program.
The new role will see Dylan working in the new Tournaments and Competitions area under the guidance of Ryan Peremiczko. Dylan will not only assist in the Tournaments area but also assist both Ryan and Ty Allen in the area of competitions as Tennis SA continues to have a re-focus on the competitions that the state has to offer to the community.
Dylan is a 19 year old who has been a long-time member of the Reynella Tennis Club as player and assistant coach of the MLC Hot Shots program. He also brings some great experience from his volunteer roles at the Adelaide Crows and West Adelaide Football Club and has also completed a Coaching and Development Certificate at TAFE. His long term career ambitions however are to work in tennis administration and we are thrilled that Dylan can join us.
Dylan will play an important role at Tennis SA in the training and development of the Tournament Planner and Competitions Planner software, with both of these on-line management tools assisting Tournament Directors and Competitions administrators to manage and grow their competitions.

He has demonstrated a genuine passion for the game and we think he will not only benefit Tennis SA but also our affiliates”

With my Passion for the game and drive I hope to offer new ideas and help grow tennis in South Australia. Overall I’m really excited about this opportunity given to me and I plan to take the role head on.”
