Venues all over Adelaide will be bursting at the seams this Saturday afternoon as a whopping 306 teams take to court for round one of the 2012 Tennis SA Winter Pennant Season.
The increasing numbers of nominated teams has seen the expansion of divisions in both the Men’s and Women’s and four new clubs are being welcomed to the competition this season: Pembroke Old Scholars, Old Ignatians, Willunga Ladies TC and Prospect/University TC.
Tennis SA CEO, Steve Baldas, shares in the delight of such a vibrant Winter Pennant and stated “It’s great to see the Winter Pennant go from strength to strength with increased participants competing in this great event”.
