The finals start at 6.15pm at Memorial Drive with all four centre courts in action.

- Doubles rubbers best of 2 short sets (to four games) with a short tiebreak (first to 5 points, sudden death at 4 all) played at 3 games all. If the sets are even after the second, a match tiebreak (first to 10 points with an advantage of 2) will be played to determine the outcome of the rubber.
- All rubbers are no-ad scoring and no service lets are played.
