Day two of the Pizzey Cup was played under cloudy skies here in Adelaide with showers interrupting play before lunch. Once the showers cleared South Australia played their first match for the week against powerhouse Victoria and put up a fighting performance to go down 15 rubbers to three. New South Wales proved too strong for the Tasmanians who are now one win and one loss for the week while Western Australia overcame a plucky ACT team.
