World number 80 Bradley Klahn will take on Japans Tatsuma Ito in the final of the Charles Sturt Adelaide International at West Lakes tomorrow.

Number one seed Klahn won through after beating Japans Hiroki Moriya 6-3 6-4 in the first of todays semi final matches. The American left hander was too strong from the baseline for Moriya who was able to keep pace for parts of the match but eventually was overpowered by Klahn.

In the second semi final Tasuma Ito of Japan was given an easy path to the final after Australian James Duckworth had to withdraw through injury at three love in the first set. It was a disappointing end to a good week for Duckworth who will be looking to break into the top 100 in 2014.

Ito, who has a career high ranking of 60 in the world will need to play his best match of the tournament to beat American, Klahn who has not dropped set for the week and seems to be riding high on confidence after a strong start to 2014.

In the doubles American Jamere Jenkins and New Zealand partner Marcus Daniel will take on Aussie Dane Proppogia and New Zealands Rubin Stathan.

The finals of the ITF Wheelchair event will be played from 9:00am and will be followed by the doubles starting at 12:30pm with the singles to follow.
