It was another scorcher here at Day 2 of the 2015 Clare Valley Tennis International, with 16 second round qualifying matches completed in trying conditions.
Nicole Collie took a 6-1 6-0 win over Monika Rajicic earlier today, leaving her as the last South Australian left standing in the qualifying draw. Nicole is set to play fourth seed Chen Liang in the final round of qualifying tomorrow.
The day came to a fantastic finish this evening with the 2015 Clare Valley Tennis International Cocktail Function, featuring interviews with Jess Moore and Priscilla Hon, as well as the reveal of the main draw with a very local twist.
Matches are due to start at 10:00am tomorrow, with the final round of singles qualifying, followed by doubles qualifying.
