Nominations are now open for the following five categories, with the Awards night to be held on Friday 6 November 2015.

• Tennis Club of the Year – Metropolitan
• Tennis Club of the Year – Country
• Volunteer of the Year
• Coach of the Year – High Performance
• Coach of the Year – Participation
