Day 6 was a blustery one with six matches completed at the City of Onkaparinga Tennis Challenger 2017.

Omar Jasika (Vic) ended South Australian Alex Bolt’s dream run in straight sets 6-3 6-3 in the first match of the day. In other matches, fourth seed Peter Polansky (CAN) defeated Daniel Brands (GER) 7-6(3) 6-4, eighth seed Marton Fucsovics (HUN) overcame Ilya Ivashka (BLR) 6-3 6-3 and Joris De Loore (BEL) defeated Matthias Bachinger (GER) 6-2 6-4.

In the doubles, top seeds Hans Podlipnik-Castillo (CHI) and Max Schnur (USA) have made their way to the final with a win over fourth seeds Marcelo Arevalo (ESA) and Joao Souza (BRA) 6-4 6-3.

Day 7 is singles quarter final day, with [3] Denis Kudla (USA) and [6] Darian King to open proceedings on Court 6. This match will be followed by Jasika who will take on Polansky, not before 12.00 noon. On Court 4, Ruben Bemelmans (BEL) will play Peter Gojowczyk (GER), with Fucsovics and De Loore to follow, also not before 12.00 noon.
