Tee Tree Gully’s men’s team has continued their winning streak in a dominate display with a win over Seaside. Tea Tree Gully’s Depth was too strong for Seaside with Dale Nixon beating rival young gun Eddie Vo at second single and Oliver Taylor defeating James Whisson at third single to set up the win.

Trinity Gardens continued their winning ways with a win over Collingrove with Li Tu continuing his strong form winning his singles and doubles matches for the third time this season. The win moves Trinity Gardens up to Second spot while Collingrove drop to fifth.

Glenlea had an impressive win over Kingswood with Glenlea Steve Clasohm setting his team up with victory over Josh Laka at top single in three sets. After the match was three rubbers to one after the singles it was Glenlea who stepped up taking out top doubles to take a four rubber to two win.

The Drive have moved to third position on the State League ladder after defeating Broadview four rubbers to two who have yet to get a win this season. Broadview’s Nikola Stakic won in straight sets over The Drives Patrick Luke however from there it was all The Drive with singles wins to Stefan Norodom, Jonathan Norodom and Sebastian Flock setting up the win.

In the women’s competition Trinity Gardens have registered their first win of the season when they overcame Seaside. Seasides number one Selina Turulja fought off Amber Marshall in three sets. However Trinity Gardens Jovana Petrov and Stefana Petrov both had straight set wins to set up the victory. Trinity Gardens Jovana and Stefana then overcame Tully Richter and Jovana Bajcetic in straight sets to clinch the win.

The Drive have continued their winning ways with a six rubbers to love win over Goodwood which keeps them in top position on the ladder. The experience and strength of The Drive shone through with singles wins to Mel Clayton, Melissa Beadman, Alana Repanich and Michelle Leyden delivering the win.

Kingswood are emerging as a genuine contender for the State League title with another dominant display, this time downing Flagstaff Hill five rubbers to one. The young Kingswood team is hungry for success with Nikki Milner, Yasmin Glazbrook, and Tiana Glazbrook all having strong singles wins. Kingswood now sit four points behind The Drive in second place.
