Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Tennis SA Inc. will be held:

Attendance recording will commence at 7.30pm.
Pursuant to Clause 14 of Tennis SA’s Constitution, delegates from all Affiliated Associations and Affiliated Organisations are able to attend and have voting rights.
All entities can be represented by a proxy delegate if the normal delegate or Officer of the entity is unable to attend, following a written request being approved by the TSA Board prior to the meeting. This may be particularly relevant to non-metropolitan area-based entities. Delegates from Affiliated Clubs (i.e. from an Association which has not affiliated), the Tennis SA Board Members and Life Members are also entitled to attend and to speak at the meeting but have no voting rights.
In addition, Tennis SA’s Honorary Solicitor will attend the meeting.
Given the nature of the business at this meeting, it is important that affiliates – particularly those with voting rights – make every effort to attend or be represented by proxy.
