Former doubles world No.2, Sandon Stolle will take up a new role as National Development Squad Coach as part of a restructure of the Talent and Academy pathways across the country. A National Academy Coach at Tennis SA for the past four years, Sandon’s new role will focus on the Development Squad pathway, a nationwide program designed to support the state’s up and coming junior players.

“I am excited to accept this new role as National Development Squad Coach,” Stolle said.

“I look forward to continuing our work with our next crop of junior players, collaborating and engaging with the great coaches we have around South Australia.”

Codie George has been appointed Talent Operations Manager for South Australia and the Northern Territory, and steps into this new role after three years at Tennis SA. Codie’s role will focus on the talent space, in particular Super 10s and junior development squads.

“I am thrilled to accept the Talent Operations Manager role for South Australia and the Northern Territory,” George said.

“I am excited to work alongside Sandon to drive junior participation and development in both metropolitan and regional areas.”

Both Sandon and Codie’s roles will work collaboratively with a focus on the development of regional pathways, engagement of private coaches and the implementation of zone squads.

As part of this restructure, we have unfortunately had to say goodbye to both Milo Bradley, who is heading to Canberra to take on the role of National Development Squad Coach, and Andrew Waters.

Milo has been a part of the Tennis SA team for nine years as National Academy Head Coach, while Andrew joined the team as the Talent Development Manager in 2015.

Both Milo and Andrew have played a significant role in mentoring and developing many of our up and coming junior players, a responsibility they have taken on with commitment, passion and enthusiasm.

Milo and Andrew are much loved members of the Tennis SA family and we wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.
