Tennis is back, and there has never been a better time to get out on court! We are in a unique position to safely allow people to exercise, and the Cardio Tennis program brings together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills. It’s all about quick fitness and great tunes.

Tennis SA are excited to announce our very own Cardio Tennis program under the roof at Memorial Drive. It’s the perfect lunch time activity, with a 45 min workout and shower facilities available to get you back in to the office and ready for the afternoon!

So what is Cardio Tennis?

Every Cardio Tennis session is open to players of all ages and abilities. You don’t even have to be good at tennis to get involved. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before. It’s all about having Fun whilst staying fit. Cardio Tennis really is a workout that doesn’t feel like work and still gets a result!

The brand new Cardio Tennis sessions at Memorial Drive will be led by dual Tennis SA Coaches of the Year Theadora Kiparoglou & Domenic Marafiote. With years of experience between them, they are sure to get your heart rate up and those calories burning!

When will the sessions be on?

The Cardio Tennis sessions will begin from September 1, and run for 8 weeks initially.

What equipment do I need to play?

  • Your favourite workout gear
  • Trainers (or acceptable footwear)
  • Water bottle or sports drink
  • We will provide the racquet and balls (all COVID safe of course!)
