With sadness, the Tennis family is mourning the loss of an SA player, Timothy Adam.
A cherished member of the South Australian tennis community, Tim spent many years playing at the Hallett Cove Beach Tennis Club where his passion for the sport was evident to all who knew him. His dedication and love for tennis culminated in a recent triumph, winning a senior men’s double premiership in the Glenelg Districts Tennis Association Senior Competition.
Tim was not only a remarkable player but also a valued participant in the PWII (People with an Intellectual Impairment) tennis community. He had been a steadfast competitor in PWII tennis for several years, always bringing his best to the court. His involvement in the Peter Smith Open, since its inception, was a testament to his commitment to the sport and his desire to inspire others.
Tim’s presence, both on and off the court, will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
