Talent Hubs

Tennis Australia is excited to launch National ‘Talent Hubs’ in partnership with premier private sector performance coaches and businesses. This initiative aims to build a stronger pipeline of emerging tennis talent across the nation, focusing specifically on developing players between the ages of 7 and 12. The pilot program’s success will serve as a foundation for long-term investment in this critical stage of the Performance pathway.

Each selected National Talent Hub will receive a grant to enhance and expand its player development programs. This funding is intended to support program enhancements or growth areas that will drive the best outcomes for young players. The grant will allow each Talent Hub to elevate its impact, track progress, and measure success in alignment with Tennis Australia’s performance goals.

As an officially recognised National Talent Hub, the business and its coaches will also gain access to additional funding through our Player Performance bonus scheme. These bonuses are tied to character behaviours, rankings and achievements of young players in both Australian and international competitions. This additional support rewards coaching excellence and strengthens the foundation for future Grand Slam champions.

Our 2025 pilot hub locations and providers are listed below. Please feel free to contact the Talent Hubs directly about their programs and offerings.
