We would like to congratulate Daniel Littler from Turners Beach, Tasmania on being awarded the John Fitzgerald Medal as the most outstanding player in the Australian Made Foundation Cup 2013 Interstate Challenge.

Daniel (14) received this prestigious award for his impressive play and exemplary sportsmanship. Along with the award he received a cheque for $1,000 which will assist with some of his tennis related expenses.

In recent years, elite players such as Australian Open and Wimbledon Junior Champion Luke Saville and Australian Fed Cup player Jessica Moore have participated in the event.

Daniel and twin brother Joab train out of both Ulverstone and Burnie Tennis Club and they both have a bright future in Tasmanian tennis. Congratulations Daniel!
