Calling all Clubs – here is an urgent message from the AYC Secretary regarding the next meeting tomorrow, 2 July.
Hi Clubs
We only have delegates for two clubs at the moment Rosny and Glenorchy – It is important that all clubs are represented on the AYC Com. The first meeting will be clarifying and voting on the pennant format and confirming the dates to get the season started – We need to get this sorted as soon as possible to ensure that all players in all clubs can play AYC this coming season. The whole mission of the AYC Com it to run an efficient pennant for all and we need the input from all clubs for this to happen.
Please for the best interests of your club encourage a member to be a delegate for your club.
The meeting will be held at Soho at 5.30 on Thursday the 2nd of July
