The Bruce Cup is a prestigious annual national primary school teams event. It has been played since 1938 and was first presented by the Hon HA Bruce, MLA, a former Minister of Education in Queensland. Many players who have won Wimbledon and become the finest players in the world played their first representative matches for their state in the Bruce Cup. Including Pat Rafter, Todd Woodbridge, Mark Philippoussis, Rachel McQuillan and Evie Dominokovic.
Registrations for the Bruce Cup are now open and will close Sunday 29th July.
Eligibility
Students must be 12 years and under as of 30th June, with a minimum age of 10 years of age in the year of competition and enrolled at an affiliated school. Tasmania receives a 6-month age dispensation.

Saturday 20 October to Sunday 28 October 2018.

All trials will be held at the Launceston Regional Tennis Centre, 57 Racecourse Crescent, Launceston.

Online entry
The online entry must be completed on or prior to Sunday 29th July. A trial cost of $30 per student is to be paid online; with the payment being deducted if a player makes the team and refunded if they don’t make the team.
