Tasmania’s 2018 Junior Development Series (JDS) concluded with Masters events in Launceston and Glenorchy at the weekend.
The JDS is an introductory tournament circuit, where the focus is developing player’s skills and sportsmanship. This was the second block of the series, following a first block in May-June.

The best-performing players across the year’s two-part series will soon receive invitations to participate in the Tassie Showdown at Launceston on Sunday November 11.

All juniors played aged between 10 and 17 are encouraged to sign up for the state’s inaugural Tassie Junior League. This will be played in Hobart on Friday nights during November. Entries close on Wednesday 17 October.
