In an announcement today, State Government advised of a 3 day lockdown for Southern Tasmania. Included in the lockdown are all ‘indoor and outdoor sports facilities’. At this stage the lockdown will be in place until Monday 18th, 6pm.

We understand this may disrupt local competitions and events, but urge everyone in the tennis community to adhere to Government policy, and stay home unless absolutely necessary.

The Southern Tasmania Local Government Areas that are impacted are:
• Brighton
• Central Highlands
• Clarence
• Derwent Valley
• Glamorgan-Spring Bay
• Glenorchy
• Hobart
• Huon Valley
• Kingborough
• Sorell
• Southern Midlands
• Tasman
