Direct Debit
Paying your fees and renewing your annual membership with Tennis Victoria has never been easier with our new direct debit program.
We understand that more time on paperwork means less time on things that really matter – acing your delivery of tennis. So, take the stress out of remembering to pay your annual invoice and leave the payment processing to us, and you can focus on your success on and off the court.
Why pay by direct debit?
✔ Avoid the hassle of making manual payments, especially if more than one signatory is required – your direct debit will roll over each year, unless you tell us otherwise.
✔ Tell us how you want to pay your annual membership fees – you can choose to pay your invoice in one or two instalments.
✔ Along with paying your membership fees by direct debit, you can now elect to pay any Tennis Victoria invoice by direct debit. We will be sure to let you know prior to taking any payments.
How the direct debit arrangement works
When you set up a direct debit arrangement with us, that arrangement is subject to the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
When completing your direct debit request, you will be required to nominate which invoices you want to pay by direct debit and select your preference for direct debit instalment frequency. This will roll over each year unless you tell us otherwise.
Choosing which invoices to pay by direct debit
Along with paying your annual membership invoice by direct debit, you can now elect to pay the amounts specified in all Tennis Victoria invoice we send you by direct debit. We will be sure to let you know prior to taking any payments on the due date of the invoice.
Paying in instalments – membership fees only
The instalment frequency each year for affiliation invoices only is as follows:
- One annual instalment deducted on the 20th day of August (or the next business day) each year
- 2 x 6 monthly instalments deducted on the 20th day of August and 20th day of January (or the next business day) each year
Please note new members and members approved for the Club Assistance Program (previously concession fee) must elect to pay their full invoice in one, annual instalment.

Please note unless otherwise agreed, those approved for a payment plan will be required to setup and pay their instalments by Direct Debit.
