Tennis Victoria and Tennis Australia, in collaboration with The University of SA (CERM ©) have developed a series of performance benchmarks, called the Club Health Check, for tennis facility operators throughout Australia in order to annually measure and benchmark the performance of tennis facilities. The Club Health Check provides clubs with informative data which allows them to identify strengths and weaknesses and plan strategically for the benefit of their club/centre/facility.
The benefits for your club include:
- Part of the business and action planning process to improve management
- Invites research / recognition if below / above industry standards
- Provides the club with leverage for stakeholder assistance. e.g. local government grants.
The benefits for Tennis Victoria include:
- Able to better determine strengths and/or weaknesses of our affiliates
- Able to assist with management guidance of clubs (including desktop audits)
- Able to determine service priorities for affiliates
The opportunity to complete the survey is open again for clubs to complete it for the 2009/10 financial year.
