Notice is hereby given that the 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Tennis Association Inc. (hereinafter referred to by its registered trading name – Tennis Victoria) will be held:

Wednesday 5 October 2011 

Time:
Attendance recording will commence at 7.45 pm, with the meeting opening at 8.00 pm.

Persons entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting are the Officers of Tennis Victoria and the Members of Tennis Victoria, i.e. an authorised and registered representative of each directly affiliated Club, Association or Commercial Centre, Veterans Tennis Association of Victoria (Tennis Seniors), Tennis Officials Australia (Victoria Division) and Tennis Coaches Australia – Victoria.  In addition to the Officers and Members, the following are invited to attend as guests of the President:

  • Each 2010/11 TV Council delegate and substitute declared at the 2010 Annual General Meeting, or appointed subsequently as a casual vacancy in accordance with the VTA Rules;
  • Each Honorary Life Member; and
  • Any other persons requested by the President

Nominations for Office Bearer/Director positions have now closed and affiliated member clubs, centres and associations wishing to attend and vote in the following two elections are required to pre-register to do so*.
