The 56^th consecutive staging of the Victorian Country Inter-regional Championships is coming in early 2012 and regions are looking for their best players to represent them at this ‘blue ribbon’ event.

Approximately 250 players compete at the three-day event that gives players from regional Victoria a unique opportunity to compete against some of the best players from all over Victoria.

“The 2011 even was great,” said Michael Mullen who competed for Barwon in 2011.

“Matches were very competitive and all the players competed in the true spirit of the game. The team camaraderie was great to be a part of.”

The championships cater for players in 12/u-18/u, open and 45+ age groups in both singles and doubles events.
