Correspondence detailing a notice of motion to adopt a new Tennis Victoria Constitution at the Annual General Meeting 2012 was posted to the Secretaries of all affiliated Member bodies on 7 September 2012.
Within this, Secretaries were referred online to view the Current Constitution and/or the Recommended New Constitution if they so wished (an option for obtaining a hard copy/ies was also provided).
