Attendance recording will commence at 7:45 pm, with the meeting opening at 8:00 pm.
Nominations for Office Bearer/Director positions have now closed. Attendance at the AGM is optional but affiliated member clubs, associations, commercial centres and tennis schools wishing to attend and vote, as detailed below, are required to pre-register to do so*, as advised in mailings to the secretaries of all affiliated member bodies on 23 August and 7 September.

The only nomination for the position of Treasurer was from James Copes and he will be duly re-appointed at the AGM.
The correspondence detailing a notice of motion to adopt a new Tennis Victoria Constitution at the Annual General Meeting 2012 was posted to the Secretaries of all affiliated Member bodies on 7 September 2012.
*Please note that this form requires two signatures, including the nominated delegate (i.e. the delegate cannot sign as the authorised officer).
