The 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Victorian Tennis Association Inc. (Tennis Victoria) was held on Wednesday 3 October at Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club.

They key outcomes of the AGM were:

• The AGM re-elected David Stobart as President.
• The AGM re-appointed James Copes as Treasurer (unopposed).
• The Tennis Victoria Council re-elected Gary Clark and elected Robert Jamieson as its Directors to the Board.
• The AGM passed a Special Resolution to accept a new/updated Tennis Victoria Constitution
• The 2011/12 Annual Report was accepted. You can read it here.
