Tennis Victoria is excited to announce the selected clubs for the highly anticipated 2013 Premier League competition to commence on Friday 1 March.

For the first time ever, the competition will feature a Country Victoria team, the Country All Stars, who will be based in Bendigo.

”The All Stars add a new dimension to this competition and ensure that country players have the opportunity to play in a high level competition and spectators have the chance to watch some great tennis without travelling to the city,” said Tennis Victoria’s Competitions Manager Jeff Downes.

“The All Stars will have some strong competition from the other clubs, I believe this is the strongest field ever seen in the Premier League competition.”

Another new initiative includes clubs hosting Super Rounds, as seen during the Asia-Pacific Tennis League. Each club will host a Super Round, where all matches will be played at their venue.
