Attendance recording will commence at 7:45 pm, with the meeting opening at 8:00 pm.
Nominations for Office Bearer/Director positions have now closed. Attendance at the AGM is optional but affiliated member clubs, associations, commercial centres and tennis schools wishing to attend and vote, as detailed below, are required to pre-register to do so*, as advised in mailings to the secretaries of all affiliated member bodies on 16 August 2013.

There will be no Office Bearer/Director elections at the 2013 AGM. The only nomination for the position of Vice President was from Maria Keys and she will be duly re-appointed at the AGM.
An election for the Metropolitan Tennis Associations’ Forum Director will be held at a Metropolitan Tennis Associations’ Forum immediately prior to the AGM. There are two nominees for this position:
- Peter Cuxson
- Julie Fidler
Only registered Metropolitan Tennis Association representatives are entitled to attend and vote at this meeting. A list of registered Metropolitan Tennis Associations can be found here.
Correspondence detailing the election was sent to the Secretaries and registered representatives of all affiliated Metropolitan Tennis Associations on 19 September 2013.
*Please note that this form requires two signatures, including the nominated delegate (i.e. the delegate cannot sign as the authorised officer).
