The first serves of the Tankworld VCTA Country Week will be sent down on the lawn courts of Swan Hill Lawn Tennis Club on Monday 9 February. The biggest grass court event in the Southern hemisphere which is now in its 33rd year will be played across 101 permanent and temporary lawn courts.
The event will host 192 teams, a mixture of both men’s and ladies competition across approximately 25 grades. Over 1000 competitors will be hoping to produce their best doubles tennis and secure their teams place in the finals on Friday 13 February.
Participants, who vary in age from 18 to 80 years, travel from all over the country to be a part of this unique event. Country Week is a full week of tennis by day and non-stop entertainment by night.
