My Tennis improvements

The My Tennis reporting tool has recently been released. Clubs can now extract membership data at their convenience, including member reports, transaction reports and extras reports. Also included in the most recent update was a number of system functionality improvements.

The communication tool and bulk importing tools remain under construction and will be released as soon as possible.

Tennis Victoria encourages club administrators to familiarise themselves with the My Tennis system as it is a great tool to manage your membership. If you are yet to login and experience the new system please contact your local Participation Leader or the Tennis Services team for assistance on 1800 PLAY TENNIS or [email protected]. Remember, the aim is to register all players who are connected to your club.

TennisConnect Rewards

From February 2016 our focus will shift to maximising club rewards through the TennisConnect rewards program. Eligible clubs will receive $5 per player who sets up a Join Tennis account. The account allows players to manage their own profile and notification settings. To be eligible for rewards the club must offer at least one membership available to purchase online via credit card. The reward period runs through until 31 May 2016.
