Tennis Victoria’s Regional Teams Event calendar continued at the weekend, with the best 10/u regional and metro teams competing for the 2016 Wayne Arthurs Cup.

Hosted by Kooyong Lawn, the event saw some fantastic tennis played between all 11 country regions and 5 metro associations.

After finishing on top of their pools, Bayside-Moorabbin 6-36 defeated Central Gippsland 0-5 while North Eastern JTA 5-30 defeated Eastern Region Tennis 1-12 to set up a Bayside-Moorabbin and North Eastern JTA final.

In an exciting final, Bayside-Moorabbin 4-28 defeated North Eastern JTA 2-26. Central Gippsland 4-31 defeated Eastern Region Tennis 2-24 in the third and fourth playoff.
