Is your club interested in learning how to improve its operations? Does your committee need extra support to achieve success?
Tennis Victoria is offering the opportunity for 12 clubs to participate in a pilot club development program in conjunction with an exciting new provider. Normally valued at $1500, the pilot clubs will be able to join at a subsidised rate of $250.
The program will provide access to:
- A 12 month subscription to an online library, containing videos and templates with advice on topics including membership, sponsorship, fundraising, committee structures, digital communication financial structures and more
- Ongoing health checks to determine the performance of the club in key administration areas
- A customised execution plan, identifying the priority areas for your committee
