3 August 2016 | Tennis Victoria

Recent Victorian Tennis Award winners will now have the opportunity to be recognised nationally, with a new nomination process recently announced by Tennis Australia.

All state and territory award winners will automatically be nominated for the equivalent national award, bypassing the previous open nomination period for the Australian Tennis Awards.

From the national pool of nominations, three finalists will be selected for each category with the winners announced at the glamourous Newcombe Medal, Australian Tennis Awards on Monday, 28 November.

This year’s Newcombe Medal, Australian Tennis Awards will be held on Monday 28 November 2016 at Crown Palladium in Melbourne.
