Victoria had plenty to smile about on Monday night at the 2016 Australian Tennis Awards. Double Olympic gold medallist Dylan Alcott was named the 2016 Newcombe Medallist, which capped off a brilliant night for Victoria.

Earlier in the night, Alcott was named a joint winner with Heath Davidson for the Most Outstanding Athlete with a Disability for the pair’s gold medal performance at the Rio Paralympics.

East Malvern Tennis Club were named Most Outstanding Club while the Ferntree Gully Kia MUSTA Silver AMT took home the Most Outstanding Australian Ranking Tournament.
