Tennis Australia are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Private Coaches to help facilitate and deliver Zone Squads in the following pilot locations:
Melbourne Metro – North
Melbourne Metro – East
Metro Melbourne – South
Metro Melbourne – West
What are Zone Squads?
Zone Squads are an important step on the Player Development Pathway by providing opportunities for talented players to come together to train in a competitive environment.
Players and their families have the chance to access many opportunities through Zone Squads including networking, education, training, match play, Strength & Conditioning, tournament support and assistance in navigating the tennis pathway from tournaments to college programs.
They also provide an opportunity for players to be considered for selection in National Development Squads.

What about Regional Victoria?
Expressions of interest for 3 Zone Squads in Regional Victoria were sought in early 2021. We would like to congratulate the successful coaches and we looking forward to seeing the roll out of these Zone Squads (Bendigo, Geelong and Traralgon) throughout Term 2, 2021.
