A drizzly start to a frosty Friday couldn’t stop our dedicated coaches as they descended on Frankston Centenary Tennis Club (FCTC) for a morning of networking and professional development.

27 coaches from  Gippsland to Williams Landing joined the coaching team at FCTC for a workshop on The Art of Coaching Adults.  Separate sessions delivered by our outstanding Victorian coaches covered Singles Skills, Cardio and Fitness based environments and Doubles Situations and Tactics.

Thank you to Laurence Blackman (Fawkner Park Tennis Centre), David Laird (FCTC) and Nima Roshan (Canterbury Tennis Club) for leading the sessions. A special thank you must also be given to the team at Better Tennis and their group of players who both hosted and demonstrated the drills and activities so superbly!

The coaches enjoyed lunch and networking after the workshop discussing strategies to take back to their clubs and centres.
