On Friday 28 April Balnarring Tennis Club hosted a Lighting Project Completion event to celebrate the completion of $1,621,073 worth of lighting infrastructure upgrades. The MPS audited 289 light poles and 600 light heads. They also found 93 poles at 15 tennis facilities needing removal or lowering immediately.
The upgrades were successfully completed at these tennis club venues:
- Balnarring TC
- Crib Point TC
- Dromana TC
- Flinders TC
- Rosebud TC
- Somerville TC
We’d like to acknowledge the significant contribution of funding from both MPS and the State Government who contributed $1,000,000 towards the project.
