Tennis Victoria today announces the resignation of CEO, Adam Crameri.
After 17 years of dedicated service to Tennis Victoria, the past 3 years as CEO, Adam has decided to step down from his role to pursue a new opportunity closer to home to spend more time with family.
Originally starting as the Development Officer servicing South East Victoria, Adam progressed into senior development and participation roles across the business including Manager of Country Victoria and then Head of Tennis Delivery before taking on the CEO role. Complementing his role at Tennis, Adam has also acted as a Board Director for VicSport over the past year.
Adam’s visionary leadership, commitment, and unwavering dedication has helped him forge positive relationships with affiliates and driven our continued growth and success of the sport in Victoria. Under Adam’s leadership the Tennis Victoria Strategy to 2024 continues to exceed key targets and milestones in its delivery.
Adam has fostered a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity within Tennis Victoria. His passion for creating safe, inclusive and thriving Victorian tennis communities has left an incredible impact, ultimately getting more people to play tennis more often.
“This decision is not one that I took lightly as tennis has been such a big part of my life for 17 years. I have enjoyed forging relationships and working with our affiliates to strengthen tennis for the future. With a young family the time is right for me to take on a new career opportunity closer to home in regional Victoria.”

Adam will finish at Tennis Victoria in January 2024. The Tennis Victoria Board has begun the search for a new CEO who will build upon the foundation that Adam has laid and will lead Tennis Victoria into the next exciting chapter.
