Tennis Victoria Premier League, the premier inter-club tennis competition in Victoria has a new home in the calendar with the next season to take commence in March 2025. Moving away from it’s typical November timeslot, with ever increasing professional tournaments and prize money opportunities available to players, the decision was made in conjunction with participating clubs that March was a more sustainable, long-term option for the competition. The new timeslot will encourage greater participation from some of the best players in the country, which will further improve the quality of the competition.

The 2025 Premier League season will be held on the following dates:

Round 1: Saturday 22nd March

Round 2: Sunday 23rd March

Round 3: Friday 28th March

Round 4: Saturday 29th March

Round 5: Sunday 30th March

Grand Final: Friday 4th April

Tennis Victoria Premier League is where high-profile players compete for their clubs and battle it out for a total prize money pool of $30,000 in the men’s and women’s league. Premier League is the best opportunity in Australia for professional and aspiring professional tennis players to play in a team format.

Previous seasons of Premier League have attracted top professional players such as Storm Hunter, Daria Saville, Alex Bolt and Jaimee Fourlis.

The 2025 edition will again be run with the Super Round format, with all matches in one round taking place at a host club, providing a fantastic opportunity for clubs to showcase themselves. The competition culminates in the Grand Final on Friday 4 April, where the two best Men’s and Women’s teams battle it out for the trophy.
