Tennis Victoria’s Tennis in Schools Lead, Sarah Green, reflected on the event and the significance of the venue for the students.
“Playing at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, with its rich history and iconic courts, makes this event truly special for the kids. It’s incredible to see their excitement as they step onto these courts and their determination to give their best for their teams,” said Sarah.
The day wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of PE teachers, court managers, and the incredible students who brought enthusiasm and talent to every match. A special thank you also goes to Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club for providing their world-class facilities for this memorable event.
Congratulations to all teams for making it through to the finals and representing your schools with pride. We’re already looking forward to 2025 and the continued growth of skills, teamwork, and love for the game.
