The Australian Open Ball Kid recruiters hit Perth over the weekend where 68 kids aged 12-15 participated in on court activities in the hope to be selected to be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Federer, Nadal, Sharapova and Stosur at the 2012 Australian Open.

36 participants were called back for the 2^nd stage of recruitment on Sunday 22 May with final selections being made mid June. Congratulations to all participants and good luck in getting to the next stage!
