“The tournament has again attracted a high calibre of players. It demonstrates how vital these tournaments are for the players. With the Australian Pro Tour offering a combined total of a $1.2million prize pool available and crucial Australian Ranking points up for grabs, the incentives to be involved in the competition is continuously growing.”

Kalgoorlie always puts on a great show and the players seem to really enjoy the event. It’s a nice way to finish the WA leg of the Tour” Jan Budden, Tournament Director.

With over ten nationalities being represented at the tournament, it is a great example of what an event as big as this can bring to the town. The Goldfields Tennis Club will host the tournament for the fifth time with Club President Shane Power, proud to be involved again.

“It’s a great tournament and the town loves it. Top tennis is always on show and the standard of play continues to get better each year.

We’re really lucky to have the support of all our sponsors and the town, so we’re all looking forward to the event”.
