Callum Beale has recently been appointed to the newly created position by Tennis Australia titled ‘Coach and Talent Development Manager – WA.’ The position involves the delivery, management, and implementation of Tennis Australia projects which extends to talent camps, coaching, and competition, as well as coaching courses and resource development.
Within this role initial priorities include outlining 2012 coaching course dates, establishing training programs for players 12 years and younger and offering various professional development opportunities to assist the coaching profession. Greater detail of these priorities will be distributed within the coming week, with relevant information to be posted on both the Tennis Australia and Tennis West website.
