The State Tennis Centre yesterday played host to the Annual Indigenous Interschool Tennis Challenge, otherwise known as Harmony Day.  70 participants represented 5 different schools including Carlisle Primary School, Clayton View Primary School, Queens Park Primary School, Avonvale Primary School and West Northam Primary School.

Tennis West, with the financial support of Tennis Australia and The Department of Sport and Recreation, would like to extend their congratulations to all seventy participants.  Carlisle Primary School were declared victorious after clenching the 2012 trophy from heavy competition in Clayton View primary school.

All participants were treated to a sausage sizzle after the tournament and received a participation t-shirt. Overall, the event was an overwhelming success and an enjoyable experience for all those involved.
