There is fantastic news in relation to subsidies being available to educate coaches, particularly Junior Development coaches. Tennis Australia coaching courses are the only courses in Australia recognised by the Australian Sports Commission and the International Tennis Federation. Furthermore, as a result of a new business partnership with a registered training organisation, Smart Connection Company, the Junior Development Coaching Course is now dual branded with SIS30710 Certificate III in Sport Coaching.
This allows coaches to receive a Nationally Recognised Qualification and potentially access Australian Apprenticeships.
