To celebrate the centenary, two functions will be held at the North Perth tennis club on Saturday 11th May 2013. The first is an Open Day for past members, friends and VIPs in joining with the current members and making this a successful celebration. A marquee will be erected at the rear of the club for this function.
The schedule for the formal part of the afternoon will be as follows:
2:00pm Meet and greet
2:30pm Re-enactment match
3:00pm Formal speeches and trophy presentation to juniors
3:30pm Cutting of the cake
3:45pm Afternoon tea provided by club. Drinks available for purchase.
5:30pm Finish
The second function to continue the celebration will be held in the marquee and commence from 7:00pm and finish at approximately 11:30pm. The evening function will also include the end of season windup and trophy presentations to senior members. This is a catered function, spit roast, and drinks are available for purchase. Music and dancing to finish. The cost for the evening function is $30 per person.
