Dom Bechard and National Academy athlete Jack Lyttle competed this past week in the final of the Winter AMT held at the State Tennis Centre. Both boys dealt with rain delays and tough conditions, fighting out a very competitive engaging contest. Over two hours of play it was Dom Bechard who emerged victorious 6-4, 7-6. Dom who is coached by Sorrento Director of Tennis Richard Sampson, has been a consistent performer on the AMT circuit, and will now set his sights on his first pro circuit event in Toowoomba later this month.
